I cannot believe this group of heavy hitters was convinced by the Obama's to be apart of this convoluted mess. The cast is stellar but the movie lacks a story line. No one would open their door in the middle of night to strangers, especially to a man. However, the house where the film is made is gorgeous!!! I would love to own a similar home. But back to the movie, this is my third attempt to watch this nonsense and it's clear I need my 6 hours back!!! I am disappointed in all who read the book and thought it a great idea to turn the book into a movie. I guess when we are living through a historic actors' strike, we'll watch almost anything that's labeled a new release, even this tragic film.

Same Old Story Line/Poor Character Development

The story is too remedial to endure much longer. Jennifer Garner's character is celebrating 14 months of marriage to a man with a teenage daughter who is a pure pain in the butt. Jennifer Garner's character is poorly developed and appears stupid. For example, traveling to Texas and leaving a duffle bag of cash under the bed in California to be found by the alleged US marshall. No matter how many different law enforcement agencies knock on the door, Jennifer refuses to believe her husband is behind a Ponzi scheme. These drawn out episodes could be compressed into a 2 hour movie. Writers, please do better.

Bruce Willis deserved better than this!

Bruce Willis' neurological disease is on full display in this movie and that is sad. His handlers, agents and friends should be ashamed for allowing this level of exploitation. The movie is clearly low budget, low brow, slow and remedial. However, the classic cars in the movie are beautiful.
