Controversial because of excessive use of the N word but if that was censored during the movie it inhibit the plot. The story of a slave who overcomes the slavery status and is just a pure badass and when he gets his revenge at the end it is very fulfilling.

One of my favorite movies, not 100% sure but this movie is VERY loosely based off of Whitey Bulger. I thought the story was well told and the cast was perfect for the story. This is one of those movies that never gets old and if someone has not seen it I always recommend it especially if they like movies revolving around crime/gangsters/mafia/etc.

Christopher and Jonathan Nolan are one helluva team and the writers on this project are brilliant as well. I'm a little biased because Batman is my favorite superhero. I loved the Michael Keaton Batman movies but this blows them out of the water. Can't think of many flaws in this movie, only downfall is that this series didn't continue longer. (Popular opinion) This movie of the trilogy is the best one. Ledger's take on the joker to me was perfect (A sinister but slightly humorously insane madman, he really sold that role.) The script writers of Nolan's Batman trilogy was something I hope other film developers take notes on and create a superhero movie and make it as realistic as possible. Nothing but praise to this masterpiece.
Avengers: Infinity War

Fear of forced marvel universe avoided

I feel like this review needs to wait until the second part but the biggest thing I feared was putting all of the marvel characters in this movie was going to be forced but they tied this story very well to the other stories which they were planning on for years.. Definitely well thought out. Plus acting did not seem as cheesy as some (not most) marvel movies. One of Curious to see how 50% of earth/ avengers comes back to win. My only hope is that the follow up is not too cliche and that they are not afraid to kill off main characters, I rate this an 8 our of 10 for now unless the follow up flows very well with the whole story of thanos.

A 6/10 for a comedy is ok in my book. Still doesn't have replay value but I'm happy to watch a comedy in this era that doesn't involve the plot line of everyone getting hammered or partying. It fell short but not a garbage movie.
