Acting ok, story same old, sad ending of a famous singer

Another movie on the fall of a much loved singer. I didn't know her story so I Gave it 4 stars for that. All I kept thinking about was Marilyn Monroe Freddy Mercury Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson. And it was not entertaining or enjoyable.

Intense

I thought it was a topic no one has touched on in a movie so intense, real and raw. The levels of human emotion unfolded as each story played. This will reach far into the depths of your emotions if you are a widow, lost a home, or a child. Interesting perspectives on many sides all resulting from loss, remembrance, holding on and letting go but mostly of the value. Its deep.

Bipolarized: Rethinking Mental Illness (2014)

I still think he was manic

He wanted to give all his money to homeless, he was talking super fast and he thought he could fly off the Empire State Building. Yeah he was going through a bipolar manic phase. It kicks in at that young age. Did he get effective medical treatment? Does anyone really? Most get pills and a label and no real follow up. I like how he explored other things but did they really change the outcome or was it time, getting older and taking care of himself that did it? I still believe he was bipolar when young.

David Makes Man (2019– )

Yes, he makes man

Some say this is a coming-of-age story, some say it's about a boy trying to get out of poverty. I say it's about a introverted boy, under trying circumstances like most young boys of color, who are living/raised in an extreme at risk home life. So many things happen and he does not know what to say about them, and he never really says what he wants to say, this keeps him in a deep emotional war, but at the end...... you'll find out...... no spoiler alert here!! watch to the end then go back and rewatch the whole show. You will see it differently the second time.

Sophie and the Rising Sun (2016)

Totally enjoyable, full of emotion, and intrigue

This movie was a winner for me. I enjoy true to life stories. I knew it was a winner within the first 10 minutes. Gripping, tantalizing and oh.... so romantic. The characters kept my attention. The emotion they emit is so sweet. The story is interesting and held my attention. I wanted more and did not want to stop watching it. So happy to share. I don't find many movies that are 10 stars for me and hope you enjoy it also. This is for true romantics.
