Wow... It's making me feel good , it has a good story that teaches life lessons and a confusing story .. I loved the allegory of Pi taking care of the Tiger and what it represented. He needed the tiger in order to survive. The Tiger represented 'the animal willing for his life', using his basic instincts to survive. As we can see in the end of the film, The Tiger was probably Pi himself, what explains absolutely everything. This is why

Very Real Characters

The characters are very real,I know many people whose personalities suit the three main characters perfectly,it is an extremely realistic film which adds immensely to the drama.

so How can you not hate Robert DeNiro in this film? .... Brilliant script, exception acting and all too frightening reality.

It's sad but true...I still love it...
