Madame Web (2024)
10/10
Wow! This film is ok and entertaining. 👍
17 May 2024
This film had most of the action scenes. That's what I noticed. The graphics and special effects were interesting of course. All the lighting and zooming. They were mind bending indeed. All the scenes make you feel that something is about to happen like there were some intense moments coming out to surprise the audience. There were some funny moments that I enjoyed. Dakota Johnson gave a great performance as Madame Web. Even the other cast were ok as well.

I've watched some episodes of Spider-Man: The Animated Series and it made me think of the character in that show. I know that there are many variations of her in the comic books. I've researched who she is and what her powers are. Knowing that she's a clairvoyant seeing visions of the future.

The director should've extended a bit longer because this movie was approximately an hour and something minutes. It's not as big as all the Marvel films that we've watched over the years but I'm not saying that this one is purely bad. The special effects were cool and interesting so that makes it count. This film is still ok and good for entertainment. I still give this film a thumbs up.

Chilling, epic and entertaining! The Ghostbusters are back in business! 👍👍
7 April 2024
To me, this is still the #1 movie of 2024! It's great to have the Ghostbusters back in New York City. Paul Rudd and Carrie Coon still have good chemistry as a couple. McKenna Grace is still awesome and smart as Phoebe. Finn Wolfhard is still awesome as Trevor. It's even great to have Dan, Bill, Ernie and Annie back for this installment in the franchise. Harold Ramis will always be in our hearts. William is back as Walter Peck. It's still true as always, Peck still has no d***. We're even glad to see the mini Stay Puff Marshmallow Men. The best part of all was seeing Slimer again. The film focused on the Spengler family but it usually cuts to the original cast interacting with the others.

We know that the first two original films from the 1980's had the goofiness and comedic charm but it also had some of the scary moments. This film had some serious parts just like in Afterlife but both of them still have the comedy and scary parts. Also, this film had a dark tone with the new ghostly villain. This villain is way dark and scary than Gozer and Vigo. The special effects were amazing. I liked the story and plot of this film. We all know that there's always a post apocalyptic moment of the evil ghosts taking over the human/mortal world. There are fans who still like the concept of evil ghosts taking over the world during the apocalypse. It's great to see some of the nostalgia from the 1980's like the original firehouse and the containment unit. Fans who grew up watching the entire franchise showed their kids the first two original films. Probably there are newer generations watching the first two films and catching up with Afterlife and this installment. There is still a whole franchise of merchandising like t-shirts, toys and even video games. Fans definitely want to wear the uniform and proton pack. In every comic con, there are a lot of fans wearing those kind of stuff for Ghostbusters. This franchise definitely dominated the world for fans. The fans want to see more of this franchise because in Afterlife the production passed the torch to a new generation of Ghostbusters. Jason Reitman is probably storming up new ideas of another installment.

Blue Beetle (2023)
10/10
BEETLE POWER! An awesome superhero film of the DCEU!
20 November 2023
Xolo is the guy to play Jaime Reyes and Blue Beetle. All those martial arts from Cobra Kai gave Xolo to be prepared for this superhero. George Lopez is still funniest comedian for the entire Hispanic community. Susan Sarandon definitely nailed her character as the vile Victoria Kord; she's definitely the character that you will love to hate. I remember she played the evil Queen Narissa from Disney's Enchanted.

In superhero films, the main character would value romance like an example of Clark Kent falling in love with Lois Lane from the 1978 Superman film or Bruce Wayne falling in love with Vicki Vale from the 1989 Batman film. In some scenes, Jaime falls in love with Jenny Kord. Blue Beetle definitely values family. It's just like Shazam and his family.

The scenes and locations of Palmera City remind me of walking through Miami, Puerto Rico or El Paso, Texas. I've read that they shot some scenes in El Paso. The action sequences were awesome and there were also funny moments with George Lopez. This movie had a lot of heart but there were also dark moments and scenes that made me cry a bit. Even the special effects blew my mind as well. This movie is awesome and cool. When it comes to watching superhero movies, the action, drama and special effects are brilliant and magnificent. Blue Beetle is one of the best movies to watch.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder (2023 Video Game)
10/10
Wowie-Zowie! This game is indeed fun and wonderful! 👍👍
22 October 2023
We've waited for a new Mario game to come to the Nintendo Switch. Well, it happened! Ta-da! It's Super Mario Bros. Wonder! Wow!

The animation of this game is beyond incredible. Even the music of this game is awesome. I like the story of this game so far. Prince Florian is a cute character. We can also play as Daisy, one of the Yoshis or Nabbit. I've noticed that there is no time limit so we don't have to worry about any countdown while journeying through. The concept of this game is like Yoshi's Island. So far my favorite power-ups are the elephant and bubble flower.

It's too bad that Charles Martinet is not voicing Mario and Luigi anymore but I'm glad that he is now the ambassador for Mario. Probably my siblings and I can see him again in other comic cons for autographs and pictures. I know that his last voicing role was on The Super Mario Bros. Movie as a cameo. He passed the torch to Kevin Afghani. I've read his bio that he did some voice acting roles. This gives a new and fresh role for the franchise. Although Charles may have retired from his voice acting roles he will always be Mario in hearts.

So my brother and I actually love and enjoy playing this game. Maybe in the future there will be new platforming games. Perhaps a game based off from the animated movie.

The Flash (I) (2023)
10/10
Brilliant and epic! Let's go fast and let's get nuts! 👍
27 August 2023
We've now entered the DC multiverse. The story wasn't that bad. I noticed that there were a lot of negative reviews about this film. There was one scene in the film that everyone laughed at. There were funny moments in the film that I liked. There were also some sad moments but the action sequences were the ones that I enjoyed. The CGI and special effects were all right to see.

It's great to see Michael Keaton return as Batman. He nearly stole the entire movie. It was just like watching a third and new installment to Tim Burton's film series but only with the Flash. The best of all was hearing Danny Elfman's theme song. There were references in the movie that the fans and I know about. Of course there were easter eggs and cameos that I saw so I won't spoil those in this review. The ending took me by surprise as well.

I know that this film didn't make it to the top 10 box office success but there were a lot of positive reviews who liked this movie. I don't know why there are negative reviews hating this film. It was two hours long but that's what superhero films are for. I don't know what to expect for the next upcoming DCEU films in the future. So this is just a brilliant and entertaining superhero film to watch and I give a thumbs up.

Entertaining & fun! A thrilling dark comedy film! 👻👻
6 August 2023
WELCOME FOOLISH MORTALS!

We just came back from watching the film. Disney has done it again. Rosario Dawson, Ben Matthias, Owen Wilson, Tiffany Haddish, Chase Dillon and Danny DeVito were amazing and hilarious in this film. Jamie Lee Curtis is great playing Madame Leota and Jared Leto is excellent playing the hatbox ghost. There were some cameos in this film. It's been 19 years since my family and I watched the 2003 film starring Eddie Murphy. The 2003 version is still a classic for Disney but this film is better. I liked the setting of New Orleans.

The 2003 version was rated PG but this film was rated PG-13. It's just like in the Pirates of the Caribbean film series. There were some scary moments like jump scares but the director and crew wanted to make it like family-friendly in the Disney style for kids to watch. Besides, it's a dark comedy. The special effects with the scenes and ghosts were awesome; it feels like that you're in the ride itself with a lot of twists. When I was watching the movie I can hear the Grin Grinning Ghosts theme song in the background.

I've been a fan of Haunted Mansion for a long time and the ride at Walt Disney World is still my favorite attraction to this day. Disney has worked hard on making this film so I'm giving them kudos for the set design and the special effects.

Epic, exciting & thrilling! The man with the fedora hat is back! What an adventure to watch in 2023! 👍👍
2 July 2023
If adventure has a name...it must be Indiana Jones.

It's been 15 years since I've watched the fourth film but the moment for this fifth film has arrived for 2023. Disney and Lucasfilms worked really hard to make this movie so I applaud to the companies for their efforts. James did an excellent job of directing this film. Steven Spielberg passed the torch to James of directing the film. James believed that it was an honor to direct it with Spielberg as the producer.

Harrison Ford is still the greatest adventure hero that we loved throughout the entire franchise. It was great to see John Rhys-Davies returning as Sallah. We saw him in Raiders of the Lost Ark and Last Crusade. Phoebe is feisty as Helena. Mads Mikkelsen is a great villain. I know him from Casino Royale and Doctor Strange. John Williams is the greatest composer throughout the film series. I know that this film is his last to compose but we all know the theme music in our minds and hearts to listen.

There were negative reviews on the Internet. I did not care about the negative reviews. This film marks the legacy of the franchise. I believed there were positive critics from USA Today, Entertainment Weekly, etc. All I wanted to do was to see this movie and experience the adventure and thrills. Again, I did not care much about those online trollers. There were some funny moments and one part that made me almost cry.

So throughout Indy's adventurous life, he found the stones (from the prequel). The Ark of the Covenant. The Holy Grail. The Crystal Skull. Now it's the Dial of Destiny. Of all the artifacts that Indy found over the years, the villains always hunger for greed and power. That's usually the tragic part for their demise or downfall. That's what I like about the story in adventure films or some superhero films about villains seeking for power and having their own demise.

I liked the setting of the story and where it takes place but the action scenes are the ones that the audience and fans wanted to see. There were references in this film that I know when I was watching because I've watched the previous films. I definitely loved the action scenes and chase scenes. I know that Harrison doesn't do stunts but that's what makes the action. The special effects were incredible. I liked how they de-aged Harrison in one scene and they did it very well just like an example in Star Wars: Rogue One.

In conclusion, I enjoyed watching the film. So did my dad and brother. We loved the action, humor and drama in this film. The entire cast was wonderful. Well done, Disney and Lucasfilms. 👏👏

Super spectacular! This is an exciting and fun movie to enjoy watching! Let's-a-go! Wahoo! 10/10 ⭐ & 👍👍
8 April 2023
It's been three decades since I've watched the live-action film in 1993 and it became a major flop. Almost 30 years. Not to mention that there was an animated film that was in 1986 but it was only in Japan. The fans wanted another film or an animated reboot. Now in 2023, it finally happened. This animated film is even better than the live-action version. This is the true film that the Nintendo fans wanted to see. My brother and I just came back from watching the movie and we enjoyed it very much. The action sequences were amazing and phenomenal. They blend very well with the animation. There were funny moments and emotional parts that made me want to cry. I liked the story and plot of the movie. In most of the games that we played, Mario and Luigi would rescue Peach from Bowser. They switch it so Mario has to rescue his brother with the help from Peach. There were two sides of the film's story. One side shows that Mario cares for Luigi. And the other side is that Luigi has a chance to shine for himself. Peach is very brave and confident in this film and it was interesting. There were games that Peach and Toad joined Mario and Luigi in adventures.

The animation is fantastic and spectacular. Even the characters as well. Illumination worked very well to design and draw the animation so I'm giving kudos to them. The movie had all the references and easter eggs from the games that I played throughout the years. I'm glad that the movie included the musical themes from all the games and even the sound effects. I'm giving credit to Koji Kondo for his brilliant work of composing the themes. Brian Tyler is a good choice to compose the entire soundtrack to the movie. He did plenty of composing for the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

We know that Charles Martinet voiced Mario and Luigi throughout the years but the directors casted Chris Pratt. They thought that Chris was the best actor to voice Mario because of his roles of animated films like The Lego Movie or Disney/Pixar's Onward. Chris did not try to voice Mario like from the games. That's probably what the directors wanted him to say and do. They probably know about the voice that Martinet did over the years. Charles Martinet is in this movie as only other voices. If they casted Charles Martinet to voice both Mario and Luigi, then it would be too much for him in the voicing booth. My brother and I were skeptical about Chris Pratt being the voice of Mario but when we watched him in action he was not that bad. Chris did on and off as Mario and being himself. Chris did sort of had a Brooklyn accent. It is just like the DIC cartoons from the late 1980's and early 1990's. I kept in mind when I was watching the film it was just like watching those cartoons again. So I was okay with Chris being the voice of Mario. Charlie Day is great as the voice of Luigi. Jack Black really nailed his role of voicing Bowser; he was definitely the perfect role for the cast and he made his voice very intimidating just like in one of the games. Seth Rogen is hilarious as Donkey Kong. Anya is beautiful as the princess. Keegan is awesome as Toad. Kevin Michael Richardson nailed his role of voicing Kamek. I know Kevin from other voice actor roles. Overall, I did not mind about the voice cast. What matters to me is seeing this animated movie and the characters in action.

I've noticed that the movie is about an hour and not that long. The whole production should have thought about putting more plots into the story, but Illumination does not make their movies for about two hours long. It is okay for my brother and me because this was worth the wait to see it. This animated movie does honor the legacy of the entire Nintendo franchise. There are Nintendo fans who are young or old that waited to see this movie and enjoy it in theaters. This is also a movie for families to enjoy watching because it does feel like a family movie. That's what Illumination does. So, if you're a fan, watch the movie and enjoy it. I cannot wait for other future sequels or spin-offs. Who knows? Probably there will be more. I rate this movie 10 stars (⭐) and giving it two thumbs up. 👍👍

SHAZAM!!! ⚡⚡⚡An electrifying sequel! A winner for DC! 👍👍
25 March 2023
I've seen the first film since 2019 but this sequel is better. The first film is still all right for action and entertainment. To this day, the first film is still my favorite. There were a few action scenes in the 2019 film but this sequel had a lot more and bigger action sequences. I wanted to see a lot of more action and fighting. The comedy is awesome and my dad, brother and I laughed along. David is still the genius when it comes to intense and horror scenes. The Seven Deadly Sins were still scary and awesome but with the dragon or all monsters in this sequel, they were definitely beyond those demons. Even with some of the emotional scenes, they made me almost cry. The CGI and special effects are enjoyable to watch. We like special effects when it comes to watching movies. Especially with superhero films.

Zachary Levi is still the greatest actor to play this superhero and his timing with the comedic parts is perfect. Helen Mirren and Lucy Liu are more intimidating and menacing than Mark Strong. They were perfect for their roles in this sequel. I saw an interview that Helen hurt her finger while filming a fight scene between her and Zachary. I researched that the Daughters of Atlas are not based from the DC comic books. They are just made up for this movie. For example, Warner Bros. Pictures made up Christopher Walken's character, Max Shreck, from Batman Returns. I like how they did it and use them for the plot and story. Anthea, played by Rachel Zegler, is very beautiful. She and Jack Dylan Grazer had chemistry in this sequel. The rest of the cast is amazing. To conclude this review, this sequel is a winner to me when it comes to action, comedy, intense/dark moments and drama.

Intense and wild! This one is even better than one and two! 👍👍
25 February 2023
It has been a decade since I've watched the first two films. The first two films are still my favorite films but this third film really amazed me. It is nothing like what we have seen in 2015 and 2018. The whole Marvel production worked really hard on making this film. When I saw the trailer, the setting sort of gave me a vibe from Guardians of the Galaxy or the Star Wars franchise. Paul and Evangeline still have great chemistry in the MCU. Michael Douglas and Michelle Pfeiffer also have chemistry together. Kathryn Newton is fresh to the MCU and her character of Cassie Lang is awesome. I did see Kathryn in Pokémon Detective Pikachu. Jonathan Majors is a really great actor and he is the perfect man to play Kang the Conqueror. Jonathan's character is more intimidating than Tom Hiddleston and Josh Brolin. Jonathan really stole the entire movie. I've waited to see Kang the Conqueror and all the Marvel fans cheered for his arrival. I'm looking forward to see Jonathan in the upcoming MCU films in the future. I really want to see Jonathan win an award whether it is from the Oscars, People's Choice Awards, Teen Choice Awards or Kids' Choice Awards. Kang is my most favorite Marvel villain.

There are a lot of great special effects and the film's humor is good. My dad, brother and I laughed at humorous parts. The action is what we wanted to see and we were amazed at our seats. Of course there were intense moments that almost made my heart beat fast and I was at the edge of my seat thinking that something was about to happen. That is how Marvel does it when we watch every film. Overall, this film is great to see the action, special effects and intense or emotional moments.

Re-Animated (2006 TV Movie)
1/10
Lame and pointless. An utter waste of time. 👎👎
4 February 2023
I don't know what Cartoon Network was thinking of. I've watched part of this when it came out in 2006. The plot of the story was dumb and quirky. Where to begin with this recap or review? Putting a dead animator's brain into this kid after being hit by an amusement park train is stupid. Letting him see these cartoon characters is stupid. Jimmy was a weak and lame character. Jimmy's dad was lame, annoying and stupid. The mom was an astronaut and she adopted an alien girl to become Jimmy's sister. The villain was corny but demented at the same time. I've seen villains from live-action or animated movies to be dark and demented but sometimes funny. I would not recommend this character to be in other superhero films to be a super villain. If that guy would have been active in the acting career he would have been a plain bad guy in any other movie but this one does not fall under my list of better movies. Jimmy's best friend was just a flat-out character and to me there was no interest with the best friend. The soundtrack was awful. Cartoon Network really wasted their time of making this TV movie. They really wanted the kids to like this. Some may find it funny and entertaining. I believe there were others who said, "What did I just watch?" Everything was pointless and it was not funny to begin with. To make matters worse, the spin-off television series was worse than this one.

So this one from Cartoon Network is lame and pointless. I give this one an "F".

The Stupids (1996)

Funny indeed. Great comedy from Tom Arnold. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
21 January 2023
I've watched this film many times whether it was on television or YouTube. I know that The Stupids were actually based on the books. The actors were great. I did not care much for the computer animated dog and cat in the movie and we only saw them in some parts of the movie. Tom Arnold gives a comedic and funny performance as Stanley Stupid. Bug Hall was in this film and I know him from The Little Rascals from 1994. I've also seen Tom Arnold on Big Bully with Rick Moranis. Here's a fun fact: The Stupids and Big Bully were released in 1996. Anyway, the film had funny moments and there was a bit of action too. Christopher Lee had an appearing cameo in this film and I know him as the original Dracula and Count Dooku from the Star Wars prequels. There were negative reviews about this film and some may argue that they like the film as funny and witty. I like the film in its own way to be funny.

Recess: Schoolworld (1999)

2001: A Recess Odyssey
18 January 2023
This episode got all the references from 2001: A Space Odyssey. I've watched this episode on YouTube many times and I really liked it. The plot is just like from 2001: A Space Odyssey and I liked the plot of this story. The soundtrack that goes further in this episode was a bit tense and the atmosphere in that part was dark. Sal 3000 is the Disney version of Hal 9000. It is just like how Stanley Kubrick did it. I bet that the writers who wrote this episode were fans of 2001: A Space Odyssey. They wanted a science fiction plot in a Disney animated series and this is one of them. This episode is great and interesting to watch. I would recommend the viewers who watched 2001: A Space Odyssey should watch this episode either on YouTube or Disney+.

Black Adam (2022)

A superb and supreme film! ⚡⚡⚡The Rock dominates as Black Adam!
18 December 2022
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is perfect for Black Adam. We just watched it, and the film took us on a ride of action and entertainment. The action is great, and the special effects gave our attention. The CGI in every superhero film definitely gave the audience a view to see. The whole cast and crew worked really hard on making this film. There are a few moments between Black Adam and Hawkman, but I am not going to spoil it. I enjoyed the lines and dialogues in this film. There were some emotional parts and a few twists in the story. The writers definitely worked hard on making this story. I liked the music and the soundtrack. I want to see more on Black Adam and the Justice Society. Especially I want to see Black Adam going against the Justice League for future projects, but I do not know if that is going to happen in the future for the DCEU. The ending took me by surprise, so I am not going to spoil it. I know a lot of DC fans would want to watch this film again and again to experience the thrilling ride of Black Adam.

Hocus Pocus! They're back! Charming and comedic! 👍
1 October 2022
Twenty-nine years ago, I've watched the first film when I was five-years-old. It's great to have Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy back as the Sanderson sisters. Bette still has the natural talent with her acting and singing. Sarah's character is still hilarious and the same with Kathy's. It's also great to have Billy Butcherson back from the grave. I like the new story and the beginning of the film gave me a hint about the start so I'm not going to spoil it in the review. The comedy with the three witches is still similar from the original film. There were also some terrifying moments but they wanted to keep the film as Disney family friendly. There was also a sad moment but I'm not spoiling that part in this review. I like the choreography with the songs and dancing. I've noticed that there were references from the original film as well. So this is a great film to watch with family and friends for a Halloween gathering. Once again, Disney has done a great job making this sequel more charming and fun to watch.

Magnificent! 👍
10 September 2022
The 1940 animated film will always be a classical masterpiece. I've watched it on VHS more than a hundred times. This live-action film is great and my family and I just watched it. There were scenes that made me almost cry. In this film, there were a lot of dark moments just like Pleasure Island from the original animated film. It was great that Robert directed this film and he got to work with Tom Hanks again since they did Forrest Gump. Alan Silvestri was a great choice of composing the film. Here's a fun fact; Robert also asked Alan to compose the film just like Forrest Gump. What I noticed in this film is that there were Disney references/easter eggs. Disney made this film more like a musical. Overall, this is a great film to watch and relive the moments just like in the animated film.

Lightyear (2022)

To infinity...and beyond! An excellent film! 👍
5 August 2022
I've watched the film and I enjoyed it. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews talking bad things about the film. The animation is beyond great and I know that Pixar has done many things over the years. The action is great and the drama took my breath away. I almost felt like crying. I've watched all of the Toy Story films and Buzz Lightyear is still my favorite Disney/Pixar character. Chris Evans does an excellent job voicing Buzz and the character almost resembles like him because of the hair. I felt like I was watching a Marvel film. There was one plot twist that I saw and I was really surprised. That's how Pixar works and I'm not going to spoil that in detail. So again, I don't know why these haters and negative critics are talking trash about this film. Pixar wanted this film to be a bit serious but I really like the story. I don't know if these negative critics hate the story or the entire film. They're entitled to their opinions when they talk trash about films. In conclusion, this is an excellent film to watch and I know that a lot of Lightyear fans want to see this film again and again.

Awesome and lighthearted. 👍
16 July 2022
Chris and Natalie did have chemistry in this film. I did see them in the first film and The Dark World. Not Ragnarök. Christian Bale nailed the character of Gorr the God Butcher. With all that makeup on him, his character resembles like Emperor Palpatine, Voldemort and the Nun. Overall, Bale was excellent and scary for the role. There were some parts that became campy but the lines and dialogues were funny. My dad, brother and I laughed along. Of course the action and fight scenes were awesome. There was good music throughout the film as well. Korg definitely stole some of the funny scenes and we laughed at it. The action sequences are great and we were amazed with the special effects. It's still an awesome film and I would watch it again. I wish I would hold Thor's hammer and harness the thunder.

Perfect and mind-blowing! Dark & thrilling! 👍👍
24 June 2022
I've seen the "What If" episodes on Disney+. We definitely explored more of the multiverse than we ever imagined. Marvel has definitely worked hard on this project to give the fans and audience the chills and thrills. This film has non-stop action and it has scary moments. This film is even darker than the first one I've seen in 2016. There are some funny moments and a cameo that I laughed at. I won't spoil that cameo in detail. The other cameos are amazing so I won't spoil them as well. Sam Raimi did a good job directing this film. He directed the Spider-Man trilogy and it's no wonder that Marvel wanted him to come back and direct another superhero film. Danny Elfman's composing for this film is phenomenal. The special effects blew my mind away and there are a lot of great shots to view. The ending took me by surprise so I'm not going to spoil that part. I definitely want to go beyond the multiverse.

Welcome to Jurassic World. It's epic and thrilling. 👍
18 June 2022
I've seen Jurassic Park in 1993 and that's what started the whole franchise. Then I've seen The Lost World: Jurassic Park. Then Jurassic Park 3. In 2015, I've seen Jurassic World. Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom in 2018. Now Jurassic World: Dominion.

Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard still have great chemistry together. Their characters were definitely the parental type for Maisie. It was great to see Sam Neill, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum reuniting for this final installment of the entire franchise. The action is great as what the fans have seen throughout the years. I've noticed that some people are tired of seeing the same plot in every film that they've watched. It's always the screaming and running. It's just like watching Lex and Tim run and scream all over again. In the previous films that I've seen, there are bad guys and villains. I get it that people are tired of it and I know that I'm sort of getting tired of the same plot but it's great this film is the final installment of the entire franchise, so I don't think they won't make another film. Saying that I'm tired of watching the same plot in the previous films doesn't make me hate the entire franchise. No, I've enjoyed all five films including this sixth and final installment.

I've noticed that the film had tone it down a bit because the violent carnage or anything that we've seen. The film has funny lines especially with Jeff Goldblum's character, Ian Malcolm. The action and CGI are definitely to watch for. In conclusion, this film is great to watch for the action and thrills.

Cowabunga, dudes! What an awesome game!
17 June 2022
We just got the game on Nintendo Switch and my siblings and I enjoyed playing the game. This is definitely a complete throwback to the original style. I'm glad that they got the original 1987 voices for the turtles. I liked the style and animation of the entire game. It's just like playing the 1987 TV series. My brother and sister kept laughing by doing some of the taunting in the game. I liked the music and Tee Lopes did an excellent job composing it. When we first played, it took a while to know how to use muscle memory for the controllers. Overall, this is an awesome game to play and my siblings and I want to play it again and again. COWABUNGA! TURTLE POWER!

Uncharted (2022)

Outstanding! Great action! 👍

It's just like watching Indiana Jones and National Treasure. Tom Holland is great in this film. I did see Spider-Man: No Way Home and I don't know if Tom does some of his stunts. Mark Wahlberg has funny moments with Tom but I'm only watching the entire action. The action sequences in this film wowed me, my brother and dad. There were twists in the film but the ending was satisfying indeed. There are some of the best video game films that we've watched before. Uncharted is all right to watch for the action. A thumbs up for this film. 👍

GHOSTBUSTERS!!! 🚫👻 This film transcends beyond 1 & 2.👍
4 May 2022
This film is way better than the 2016 film that I watched. Jason Reitman directed this film to follow in his father's footsteps and legacy of the franchise. They definitely passed the torch to the new and younger generations. I like the story, the scary moments, comedic parts and even the special effects. My idea of a story would be about Gozer and Vigo joining forces to have their revenge against the Ghostbusters but that was just a suggestion. Jason sticked to the idea of Egon Spengler's legacy with his grandchildren and that's the story that I find interesting.

Carrie Coon and Paul Rudd did have a good chemistry in this film. It's ironic that Finn Wolfhard became a ghostbuster in the second season of Stranger Things. The kids becoming the new ghostbusters is almost like a plot in Stranger Things. They took a lot of references from the first film and it's even great to see Ecto-1 again. I heard that a possible sequel is in development so I have to wait and see what the next chapter is going to be about.

This film is in dedication for Harold Ramis. And of course, Ivan Reitman. For Harold Ramis and Ivan Reitman.

The Batman (2022)
10/10
The Batman is very dark, satisfying and thrilling. 🦇🦇🦇🦇
19 April 2022
I've watched the first two Batman films directed by Tim Burton and they were dark and eccentric. The first two films directed by Burton are still my favorite classics. Joel's version of Batman Forever is campy but there were a bit of dark moments. I've seen much of Christopher Nolan's trilogy. This rebooted film that we watched right now gives a fresh perspective to the fans. For me, this film transcends over Nolan's trilogy. The action is great and there are thrilling parts that I kept my eyes on. I only wanted to see the action and fight scenes. The atmosphere of Gotham City is just like the same in Tim Burton's films and Nolan's trilogy but very dark. The film's composing is amazing. Although the film was three hours long it's still great to watch the action, drama and thrills.

Sonic is back! Way past cool! This sequel is awesome and exciting with more action! 👍👍
16 April 2022
Two years ago, my siblings and I watched the first film during my birthday weekend in February of 2020. This was the only film to see in theaters before the COVID-19 pandemic. The first film became a success and it was a huge hit in the box office. According to Good Morning America, this sequel made a big box office success. The first film only introduced Sonic, the rings, Dr. Robotnik and the robots. This sequel introduces everything from the Sonic games and they made the story into an action/adventure plot. One thing that I had my eye on was the Master Emerald and I'm glad that they put that reference into this film. I've noticed that there were easter eggs and references taken from the games and putting them into this film.

Idris Elba is perfect as the voice of Knuckles. Idris really nailed the character because Knuckles is intimidating just like in the games. It's great to have Colleen as the voice of Tails and I'm glad that Jeff Fowler chose her for this sequel. Once again, Jim Carrey is still the comedic and demented role for Robotnik. Jim definitely steals the show and he does look like Dr. Eggman from Sonic X. I mean it's still Robotnik/Eggman as we call him by name. It's also great to have Lee being Agent Stone for the role again. Jim and Lee do have chemistry together. Robotnik with Stone is just like Snively from the SATAM cartoons. I noticed Shemar Moore from Y&R, Criminal Minds and S. W. A. T. from CBS.

So I did mention that the story has an action/adventure plot but it was just like watching a superhero film. I would call the first and second film as a superhero film series. The first film only had a few action but this sequel had a lot of action. I did like the first film but this sequel is even better. Don't get me wrong, I still like the first film and this sequel is awesome to watch. I like the ending of the sequel so I won't spoil it in detail. There were funny and heartwarming moments in this sequel but there were some sad moments. Again, I won't spoil them as well. This is a great film for family and even the Sonic fans to watch and enjoy.
