Would've been a 10 if not for a couple of issues

Warning: Spoilers
This documentary is excellent. I knew nothing of the horrors committed before watching the show and for me that was the best way to watch. It was truly gripping and horrifying watching the crimes escalate over time and watching the police investigation unfold. I watched all 3 episodes in one sitting. At times I had to look away as some of the videos are very disturbing. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this documentary, especially if you don't know anything about the crimes in advance.

Unfortunately I had to dock 2 points off the score: 1) for not mentioning the other pair of hands in the cat video. Even if they never found out who it was, they could've said so and not left it unmentioned. 2) for the last minute or so where they accuse the viewer of being complicit. I thought this was a silly comment to make. First off, Baudi and John clearly didn't feel that guilty about egging-on the criminal or they wouldn't have agreed to the documentary. They seem to view themselves as heroes when, in reality, their investigation had almost no impact on the eventual police investigation and arrest. They seemed to fetishize "the chase" just as much as the criminal himself and actually drove an innocent man to suicide, so yeah - not really the heroes. Having said that, their inclusion in the documentary made sense and it probably would have been weird not to have them, it just annoyed me that they had the audacity to place guilt on the audience, when they literally drove a man to suicide and most people will have known nothing of the horrors that occured before watching the show.

Stunning!

This movie flew under my radar initially. I hadn't seen much advertising and was turned off by the idea of another superhero movie, but I'm so glad I went to see it. I would put this movie up there with my favourite movies of all time.

The animation is breathtaking! The fast, vibrant colourfest along with the unique mix of animation styles is spectacular on its own. That, combined with a well rounded story, complete characters and interesting twists make this movie about as close as you can get to perfect.

If I had to describe this movie in one word it would be: stunning.

Entertaining but has some issues

Warning: Spoilers
I'll start off with the parts of this show I liked. I really enjoyed the idea of show, the powers are original and interesting, the time police aspect is good and the music is excellent. In particular #5, Klaus and Hazel are very good.

Now comes the bad. Too often, this show is frustrating and doesn't make sense. There are many occasions where characters make illogical decisions which are both stupid and not in line with how the character has acted up to that point. Furthermore, characters continue to make the same mistakes time and again, making the show very infuriating. The plot feels like it goes the way it does because that's what the show runners wanted and not how it would go 'in real life'. The motives of the some of the characters are very weak imo. Vanya has no reason to does what she does. Despite being treated badly when she was younger, it does not warrant the reaction she has, especially when compared to characters in other shows from similar troubled childhoods. Furthermore, the time travel in the show seems to be confusing at times and seems to break its own rule and the part where they reverse the time where Luther dances with Alison amongst other event removes several episodes worth of characterisation.

Overall, this show is entertaining but was poorly executed and hence goes down as simply an ok show.

Really good fun

This show is just a lot of fun. Some people in the reviews are taking this show way too seriously, talking about how silly some of the decisions are. In my eyes, this is a comedy show, I had a blast telling Bear what to do and it's so funny seeing all the different scenarios they put him in for the sake of the show. Bear makes this show and I cannot think of a better host. He gets stuck in and seems to be just as excited about the idea of the show as I was. Overall, a really enjoyable experience. Would love to see more use of this technology in the context of comedy and adventure.
