Slow Start (2018)
The name is accurate
If you watch the first episode, you will think that the title of the program is quite apt - not that much happens, especially regarding the protagonist, but stick with it and it you'll find quite a nicely animated light comedy, although you do sometimes get the feeling that it might take a darker turn later on, especially regarding the protagonist's friends.
It may not be to everyone's taste - it's very sweet (at the moment at least), which may be a bit annoying, but you may even get used to it.
Shimoneta to Iu gainen ga sonzai shinai taikutsu na sekai (2015)
Very good
As long as one isn't offended by the constant stream of sex related jokes and innuendo (which is the whole point of the series), one will find quite a funny cartoon. The animation is standard fair - nothing to get excited about there, but it's the episodes that do it.
As is standard, there is a generally serious message in between the smutty jokes, which even the protagonist acknowledges (although reluctantly), but fortunately he does rise to the occasion (although it does take a while).
Would be nice to see a second series (especially as Anna's mother's character is underdeveloped), however, with the unfortunate demise of the VA for Anna, it's doubtful.
Ben-To (2011)
Passable
The animation is nice, especially the fight sequences, but the problem is that it is so monotonous, with no real change : Just fight over food in one shop. There is the occasional change (fight over food in a swimming pool), but it is all pretty samey.
Jinsei (2014)
Great, but short series
This is, despite its age, one of the nicest animes I have seen - the animation is clean and crisp and is generally animated very well.
It is also consistently funny, and a protagonist that is usually very sensible and well aware of what is going on. All the other characters are likable (even the rivals to the Second Newspaper Club).
Really needed a second series, but no chance of that now, unfortunately.
Meruhen Medohen (2018)
Interesting, but not as funny as it could be
Animation is nice, as are the characters, and overall it is a nice series. However, it really needs a fair bit more humour - it can be a bit dry at times, although it is always interesting.
Mayo chiki! (2011)
Great fun
A very nice series, which really deserved more than more - although there is no chance now unfortunately...
Nicely animated, with quite an interesting array of characters : For once the protagonist isn't a complete idiot and is aware that is actions affect people; Suzutsuki is sadistic and manipulative, but does actually try to help Sakamoto and Konoe, although all her plans make sure that they are both pretty much humiliated first.
There is also a bit of pathos in there to as few episodes deal with the loss of parents for both Konoe and Sakamoto.
The last episode is probably the weakest (and ends on a sort of cliffhanger), but even so, it is funny.
Kono bijutsubu ni wa mondai ga aru! (2016)
Not bad
Artistically wise, it is certainly very nice - the characters are well drawn, but as usual, does suffer from the usual limited style of leg/arm and mouth movement.
Story wise, it is certainly not a constant comedy - it generally veers towards drama and pathos, rather than constant comedic situations - the clubs President meeting the granddaughter of the clubs original supervisor, being a case in point.
There are also limited directions the story could go really, which does mean the series lacks something really exciting or interesting.
The characters are all very nice, with the exception of Subaru - he is a complete idiot most of the time, unable to recognise the fact that not only does Mizuki like him, but the fact that his paintings (whilst artistically good), are not to particularly liked.
Its certainly worth watching (especially if you can get past the rather dry first episode)
