The Vow: Honesty & Disclosure (2020)
Season 1, Episode 6
4/10
I agree that it is dragging on.

I agree that it is dragging on. This documentary should have been cut from 10 episodes down to 3 or 4. I am fascinated by cults but this is probably the most boring documentary I have ever watched. I am finally reaching a point where I don't know if I can finish them.

Room 104: A New Song (2019)
Season 3, Episode 6
1/10
By far the worst episode. It's painfully dull and pointless.

I'm a big fan of Room 104 and while some episodes are better than others, this was painful to watch. I'd recommend watching paint dry or water boil, at least those won't make your ears bleed.

The Twilight Zone: 8 (2020)
Season 2, Episode 6

More believable than Sharknado.

I have been really enjoying a number of this seasons episodes but this one is beyond stupid. I can only squint my brain so tight. It might be exciting to a slow 8 year old but I recommend everyone else giving it a pass.

Amazing Stories: The Rift (2020)
Season 1, Episode 5

Pathetic.

I would have a hard time deciding what was the worst part of this episode. The acting, directing & writing are all horrible. I am definitely not going to continue my Apple TV membership. I am a big fan of time travel stories and mysterious episodic shows but this is unwatchable. This might have passed in the 80s when I was nine or 10 years old but this is the golden age of television and this is not acceptable by today's standards.

Beautifully written, directed and acted.

I hope the first episode is an indication of the quality we should expect to see in the rest of the series. I don't usually write reviews but after seeing all the silly low reviews I owed it to the people who worked so hard on this. If you are so fragile that you were triggered by the mention of climate change or the brief recognition of two men having a family, you may want to pass. If you are a reasonable human being chances are you will find it a romantic story of self-sacrifice.
