The Banshees of Inisherin (2022)
lacking in story
I was prepared for an emotional film; however, I am not satisfied at all. There are many things that I liked about the film. The themes were covered quited well, acting was amazing, and the setting was just perfect, considering the lovely views from ireland and the civil war. I felt the loneliness, abandonment, and loss. Another thing I liked was how each scene with Collin Farrell had some sort of uneasy feeling in it. The idea of his behaviour having consecuences kept me on the edge of my seat. Nevertheless, what the film was lacking is the story. It could've been much better. I was expecting a better story that actually got us somewhere apart from being a tool for the themes.
I Am Here.... Now (2009)
The best Neil Breen film yet.
I'm disappointed in your species, the human species.
Double Down (2005)
Outstanding.
I don't need much to live on anymore. I just eat tuna out of the can and live in the car.
