R.I.P.D. 2: Rise of the Damned (2022)

Why did they change Roy's back story? His story in the first movie was that his body was drug off by coyotes. The coyotes then had thier way with his skull. Are we to believe the townsfolk or his daughter never found his body? And what did he continue to age after joining the ripd? Having none of the original actors killed this movie. Jeff Bridges could have made this work, the current cast couldn't.

It had no magic. You didn't get to know Roy enough to like him before he was dead. He had none of the quirks of the Jeff Bridges version.

After the first 20min of this "comedy" I turned it off. It was just boring and not funny.

The Batman (2022)

Forgettable Characters

Thus movie felt as if they were trying to hard to be dark and brooding. They left out something important though, personalities. None of they characters had any personality. You weren't left to like or root for any characters.

All other Batmans had one thing in common, they were all cool. This version wasn't, he was just pouty. Bruce Wayne had the same persona as Batman, the only difference was the mask.

Catwoman was cool, Falcone was well played, the Penguin didn't matter in the storyline and Gordon's only purpose was to allow Batman into crime scenes. Let's not forget that they left the murder weapon at the crime scene.

This version had only 1 thing better than Batman and Robin and that was the lack of Arnold Schwarzenegger.
