This documentary is supposed to be about hassidic jews, and there is certainly some effort that we see, but unfortunately its hard to call the effort a documentary.
There is not much solid information disclosed about hassidic jews. And the documentary is way, way too long to watch considering the flow of events... A lot of times you see some interesting events disclosed from 3 individuals lifes, but most of the time end up with watching oblique angled semi artistic shoots from actual life.
Its not so cheap to steal 1.5 hours of watchers lives with this amount of footage. I think this has got to be related with netflix agreements... this happens when you sign a contract of 1.5 hour documentary in the beginning.
