I didn't think it was possible to make a worse adaptation of Pet Sematary than the first one, but they proved me wrong. What the hell is this mess? Pet Sematary is one of my all-time favorite Stephen King books. This movie is an embarrassment. The actors are the worst-I felt absolutely no emotion from any of them. Why would you change it to kill the daughter instead of the son? That scene in the book was devastating, but that did not come through in this movie..Everything moved way too fast, and many many key points were left out. Why can't they just leave bad enough alone?

Better than I expected

I figured network television would mess this up as they usually do, but I'm pleasantly surprised. I am a HUGE fan of the '73 version, and know all the words by heart, from listening to the soundtrack over and over, more times than I can count. I love this musical-always have. I'm only part-way into it, but I'm enjoying watching and singing along.

Yes, the commercials are annoying, and the audience is loud, but the performances on the whole are impressive. Brandon Dixon is great as Judas, and very nice to look at. Lolololol. The '73 version will always be my favorite, but this is ok. Planning to stay up past my bedtime to watch the whole thing.

Horrible

Wasn't going to watch this at all, but read a review that said it was great, so gave it a shot. What a disaster. Nothing in either episode made me laugh, or even crack a smile. Laugh track was beyond annoying, mostly because IT WASN'T FUNNY. Loved the original show, but this is bad.
