The Syndicate: Episode #4.6 (2021)
As bad as it gets.
I will admit, I gave up after 2 episodes. I found the protagonists to be the most unlikeable characters and quite frankly hoped Frank would get away with it. That plus the constant sly fat shaming of one of the characters. It was horrendous.
Last night I found myself watching the finale and low and behold it was even worse than the previous episodes I watched. I cannot believe this fourth series is the shame show as the first-third series' the decline in quality is spectacular.
Flood (2007)
One of the worst films I have ever watched.
But I ****ing loved it!
Every aspect of this film is awful. The acting, the direction, the editing, the music, the script, all of it. But it all comes together to make a masterpiece of a bad film. The scene with the two old biddies in the cottage that floods at the beginning sets it all up nicely.
Sunderland 'Til I Die (2018)
A truly wonderful positive to take from a negative season.
Its quite surreal that a brilliantly produced series that has been released as a Netflix Original centres on the worst season in Sunderland AFC's 139 year history. But despite it examining such a dark period for the fans and staff of the club, it somehow encapsulates what the club means to the City perfectly. Great insight into how the club was (at the time) run and the knock on effect the mistakes have on a fanbase that has been made to suffer for many years.
Hopefully a second season charting the clubs 18/19 season is released.
