Saw X (2023)

Very Engaging!

To be honest I was not anticipating the movie to be this engaging. Not having seen the first instalment I didn't really know what to expect. I was at kept at the edge of my seat throughout the entire film. The suspense was unbelievable and the acting from John Kramer was stellar.

The visual and special effects were extremely realistic and also very revealing. I don't think that the audience was expecting the amount of blood that was shed.

I had never even heard about this movie until a couple of days ago when the trailer was launched. Will definitely watch the original. A must for everyone!!

Top Gun: Maverick (2022)

Action Packed Along With Outstanding Camera Angles In The Cockpit

Usually sequels are nothing compared to the original, but in this case I'd have to contradict myself on that one.

This film was a visual masterpiece. Action packed, intense, with blood curling scenes and compelling camera angles. The soundtracks bonded perfectly with the movie and really made you feel as though you were living through the entire thing. The acting was immense and Tom Cruise really enjoyed himself I could tell.

The film editing... what can I say. Eddie Hamilton is truly a one of a kind at what he does and it's by no chance that he took over such a film. He is built for these kinds of movies and hopefully he'll always be editing the types as well.

And last but not least... Joseph Kosinski.... Truly I don't think that any other director could have done a better job. Directing was spot on. This film is a real gem.

Everyone should watch this movie. 100% recommended.

Man of God (2021)

Emotional Rollercoaster.

The visuals of this movie are wonderful. The acting was firm but the plot did have some gaps that Yelena could've elaborated on more. The film was quite repetitive and on the other hand was extremely compelling in some parts. It is an emotional rollercoaster. Highly recommend this film for anyone who wants to have a taste of greece.

Joker (I) (2019)

Just Brilliant.

I understand why some people don't like the message that this movie tries to convey... but come on, we can't ignore Joaquin Phoenix's epic performance and Todd Philips' one of a kind directing. I literally can't say anything negative about this film. Just Fantastic. I would give it a 100 out of 10 if that was an option!

Avengement (I) (2019)

Not bad, better than I anticipated.

I don't think the story was the best, but the fight scenes kept me engaged. A stellar performance from Scott Atkins. This is is the first movie of his I have watched. And I really enjoyed it and will probably watch one of his movies in the future.

The Shawshank Redemption (1994)

A very compelling movie. The acting is impeccable and the suspense is real. The plot was not predictable something that is unusual for a movie. All I have to say is that this is probably one of the best movies I've seen in a long time!
