This was fun! Oddly for what appears to be a lower budget movie the acting is great the story is interesting and the comedy is spot on. If you need obvious comedy this is not your movie. They hide comedy in various ways so the more often you watch it, the more you pick up on. I typically do not enjoy independent films that look like a poor excuse for a college class project. I'd compare it to a dark Napoleon Dynamite. I look forward to additional movies from Onyx but they cannot change anything. Don't use more money, more effects, more costumes. Keep the character the same and this will be a cult classic.

There's "A", "B" and then this thing which is chock full of bad acting, horrible special effects and no direction. Bad lighting contributes as does the acting which is just pitiful. Watched 5 minutes and wish I could get this time back. Don't get me wrong, I'm all in for a good "B" movie but this looks like a bad grade school production. Some actors I recognize from 90's movies and I know have some talent. I guess they need the work but for this movie, I think they should have passed. The other "actors" seem to forget their lines at times. I'm certain queue cards were behind the camera. WHY did I try this!
