Avengers: Endgame (2019)
A fitting end to the infinity saga!!!
This movie was set up brilliantly by infinity war. The suspense the ending and the direction was all up to the mark. The cast delivers perfectly. Some of the theories used in the movie create plot holes which are well taken care of. Some of the parts of the movie is not well explained. It is a lot to grasp at the first watch. I thought that Robert Downey Jr performed brilliantly. The movie clocks well over 3 hours, but in the end keeps you wanting more. It opens up a wide future for the MCU to take shape into. It lives up to the hype. I felt that some of the cast members deserved more screen time.
Otherwise you can put it up well with the best superhero movies of all time.
If not the best.
The Dark Knight (2008)
Heath ledger's legendary performance
The dark Knight is the best super hero movie ever. Christopher Nolan has directed this movie to perfection. Christian Bale delivers a commendable performance. But everything is overshadowed by Heath ledger. Ledger's performance is the best portrayal of the joker till date. The background music by Hans Zimmer is breathtakingly amazing. The plot constantly keeps you engaged through all is twists and turns.
DC still hasn't unable to touch the heights of the dark Knight
100% must watch
K.G.F: Chapter 1 (2018)
Great but Confusing
I am not an usual watcher of south indian movies but this one really caught my eye.
Great cinematography, shots and sound production. I had no idea who Yash was before watching this but his acting is really good. the action really is good as is more realistic and not absolutely absurd as per the norm of other Southern movies.
The plot is great and the story reaaly builds up to an epic chapter 2.
I've got to say that all the characters in the movie with the similar long beards and flowing ribs make them look similar. i had to constantly check upon X Ray too understand who the character is. I felt that the romance between Rocky and Reena and the scene in Bangalore is totally pointless and kinda takes you away from the original plot. But the original script is amazing and will look forward to next movie.
Bohemian Rhapsody (2018)
Great biopic
The movie is great. I was truly impressed by Rami Malek's portrayal of Freddie Mercury.
The rest of the cast also do a great job. The music sequences look astonishing and the remake of the live aid concert is mesmerizing.
The movie starts well, but starts feeling a bit alienated as the secrets of Freddie's personal life are focused on. It takes the liberty to tamper with history, but it's a movie not a documentary.
