To explain the film is pointless, as there is no plot, only action, and even then there's one action. See this film to understand. As for the assessment of the film - Man, is it hilarious. Everything works so well. If you see that it's playing before a main feature, or as part of an animation festival (Spike & Mike's, for example), then pay anything you can just to see this one. It's too easy to make too much of this film (as I may already have), but if you can see it without any preconceptions, it makes it worthwhile viewing if you're in the right mood. Visceral.
