It could've been quite good. It wasn't. Has a few cute special effects, and a handful of sight gags and other jokes that are worth a major chuckle, but these don't save it. Particularly annoying is the painfully overwritten "supporting role" of Martin's wise-ass space suit. Yeah, his suit -- you'll understand if you see the film. I wouldn't say don't waste your money, but don't see this if something else is competing for your 8 bucks. Fans of the early-1960s Plymouth Valiant, or of pretentious & scantily clad women with British accents, may enjoy parts of it.
