This film is very enjoyable - a lighthearted and subtle take of growing up in lively Myrtle Beach. The cast is excellent, Lauren Ambrose and Joelle Carter shine, and the direction masterfully combines wry humor with sensitive and gentle understanding of young women and their friends at the threshold of maturity.
