Utterly boring, and its not as better than the original

This ABC-TV's Wonderful World of Disney TV-Movie version of the classic sitcom series from the early 1980's is so dull and bland it should have been more much more, but instead its so lame. However it only had four members from the original cast;Charlotte Rae as housekeeper Mrs. Garrett Lisa Welchel as the spoiled brat and still spoiled Blair,Mindy Cohn who played the over the top always wanted to go in Natalie, and not to mention the other partner Kim Fields as goody too shoes Dorothy "Tootie" Ramsey. However,it all starts off with the girls and the beloved housekeeper planned a get together for a reunion to saved their beloved Eastland Academy. However, getting to what the girls have been up to lately, well it all starts off with Tootie(Dorothy that is)having a very successful morning talk show in Los Angeles and is also a single mom of a 12 year-old from a recent divorce. Blair is owner of a grand five star hotel in New York with her millionaire husband, and Natalie is a successful editorial writer and from the looks of it is still on a diet and from the rest of the story you'll see why. However, the girls end up saving their Academy from being destroyed and they all get together for a Thanksgiving feast. But,wait just a minute in the movie you have another 12 year old girl who is the daughter of rebellious Jo,speaking of which where was Nancy McKeon who played her on the original show? Some of it was very sugarcoated(just like the show),and the rest of it had too much character fallout with them getting into all sorts of mischief. This was very sad however, since it had no premise to the one that ran on NBC-TV from 1979 to 1986(the original series that is),but is was too dull and very stale.
