Ninja muggers?!
2 September 2005
Warning: Spoilers
Times must be really bad in the ninja empire as indicated here when one ninja has the ignominy to resort to common robbery in a public park!

Fear not though, ninja master/cop and all around good guy Mark (Bruce Baron) is on hand to save the day! Not only that but he apparently possesses telekinetic powers as demonstrated when, using his mind alone (along with a hand gesture) he propels a branch across the fleeing ninja thief's path and trips him over! Wow! Is there no end to these guys abilities?! - Obviously not in a Godfrey Ho film!

Sadly the film pretty much goes downhill from here bar a few more impromptu fights involving our main man mark and various disposable ninja cronies although, as per usual, each of these encounters seldom lasts anymore than a few fleeting seconds, which is a real shame.

Pierre Tremblay once again fills the role of Mark's nemesis as he did in the infinitely superior 'Ninja Champion' (and we get to hear the same maniacal laugh again!)

The film into which the ninja segments have been added is a rather dull, run of the mill revenge actioner and it has to be said, is best viewed with one's finger firmly on the fast forward button.

Overall then, this is a decidedly average entry in the Godfrey Ho/Joseph Lai ninja cannon but is still nonetheless a harmless way to pass an hour and a half.
