Kicks off a decent b-movie trilogy
28 November 2005
It's Hallowe'en! You know what that means. It's time to gather some teenagers together for some drinking and partying. There's no better place than a "haunted house" for these shenanigans. And this movie offers shenanigans a-plenty.

The teens in this film go to Hull House. This is a haunted funeral home in the middle of nowhere. Demons attack and several teens are possessed and/or killed. The end.

What matters in these movies is how we get from the teens' bad idea to finale. This movie gets us there with some flair. For a b-movie, the effects are good, the setting is cool-looking and the story is decent.

It's not as good as number 2, but much better than number 3. Worth a go.
