I must say that when I first heard of the film I had low expectations for it because I knew nobody could possibly match Peter Sellers as Clouseau. Steve Martin doesn't isn't as good as Sellers, but he is still quite funny.
The movie is a laugh riot. Tough some of the jokes fall flat, most of the jokes are so funny and you'll laugh all the way. Every actor makes a good performance, yes, even Beyonce.
If you like the originals, you'll definitely like this one unless you immediately hate it because Peter Sellers isn't Clouseau. Anyways, the movie is funny and it's a good way to spend a day at the cinema.
