Jeez, I like Gary Sinise, I really liked Melina Kanakaredes in Due South, and I like cop shows and forensic dramas, but this is awful. The most wooden dialogue and acting imaginable, the most absurd crime lab imaginable. No I don't really know what a crime lab looks like, but I doubt it looks like the Starship Enterprise either! I'll be open minded, there must be something to recommend it; I just don't see it. I am a new high school chemistry teacher, and have been told kids like CSI, and it's a good way to show science. How many episodes would I have to endure to say I've given it a chance? The episode featured homing pigeons (erroneously white colored) and murder by hair extension!
