I've only seen the edited version, but still...lots of fun :)

Warning: Spoilers
"I Drink Your Blood" is one of a handful of American-made independent horror films that still has something going for it other than camp value. As Satanic cult leader 'Horace Bones', Bhaskar is first-rate, radiating an air of gleeful menace. This seems like the kind of movie that would have been fun to make, and it shows in Bhaskar's performance. The story, briefly, is as follows: when their van breaks down, a devil-worshipping cult moves its base of operations to a tiny village in the middle of nowhere. The cultists like to play rough, and after they brutally rape a teenage girl and humiliate her grandfather, the girl's younger brother takes revenge by injecting the blood of a rabid dog into the meat pies on which the cultists are about to feast. Naturally, all hell breaks loose from there. Plenty of action, suitably primitive gore effects, and some genuinely nail-biting, gut-wrenching moments are what you'll find in "I Drink Your Blood"; as a drive-in horror flick, it delivers and then some. Hats off to David Durston! Oh, and the gorgeous Lynn Lowry appears in the film, too--as a mute member of the cult. Like I said, I've only seen the edited version that Something Weird released on VHS in the mid-'90s, but I plan to order the full-length DVD soon. Obviously, even the sliced-and-diced cut--which is the one that played in theaters--has the goods.
