I am a big Futurama fan, but compared to the episodes, or even the first movie, this was below par.
There were some good puns in there, but they were too few. A lot of the jokes and sketches seemed like genuine filler.
Not even Bender's own little adventure could save the movie from being boring.
Conclusion: It wasn't good, it wasn't bad either,but i was a bit bored while watching it. If you want good futurama, stick to the series. The movies are OK for when you have nothing else to do. But then again, it's not like this comment will keep anyone from watching it...
