This is a more or less solid episode, one of few post-Hydra pod season 3 episodes ("Stranger in a Strange Land" and "Par Avion" being the others, although the latter is a good episode overall) that aren't at least 'very good'. The flashbacks with Cassidy and Kate are pretty awful and pointless, but the on-island stuff is generally rather good, I disagree with those who don't like the monster in this episode. Plus, there's nice guy Sawyer and Kate and Juliet in a lot of mud. Really not all that much to talk about here, it's a good TV episode overall, somewhat disappointing for "Lost" especially given the momentum the show was gaining at this point. Not much to talk about here but still a fun 42 minutes overall, really not as bad as some make it out to be, even though it is awkwardly-placed within the season and a bit frustrating on re-watches.
