Times must be tough in Hollywood if Cuba Gooding Jr. and Christian Slater thought they were onto a winner when they read this script. The rest of the cast lets down these 'normally' great actors and the corny lines, and bad, bad, bad special effects make it a true B-grade, made for DVD movie. The airplane crash at the end looks like something out of the 1960s Thunderbirds science-fiction puppet show. Truly awful.
Slater and Gooding Jr. crack jokes throughout the movie, but it's clearly ad lib, as the rest of actor's lines are flat and robotic. I suggest that unless you're from Seattle or Spokane, Washington, and want to see your hometown, there's little reason to buy this movie.
