Sequel sends UK premiere Audience screaming with laughter
7 March 2010
Finally the sequel to the brilliant cult classic, 2001 Maniacs arrives. In 2001 Maniacs: Field of Screams, The politically un-correctness hitches up the radar with a host of North vs South characters in this very uncivilized homage to the Civil war. The Tagline reads- 'Guess who's Coming To Dinner?' and in this sequel, not only does the audience get a VIP invitation but so does a host of unsuspecting, morally challenging group of cast and crew members of a new reality TV show. The action has moved up North, Gone is Robert Englund and in his place stands the brilliant Bill Mosely. The victims are more diverse and stereotypical than the predecessors to Pleasant Valleys wrath. The death scenes more imaginative and gory than the last- and the hoots of the ye olde barn dance of terror having ya rolling with tears and laughter. The sequel of 2001 Maniacs, brings with it more mania and mayhem than the last and will leave the audience with a smile on their face and perhaps a fear of going to the deep south for a visit. For it could be you served up for laughs in this platter of vengeful glory. Yee haw!
