I bought this for 10 pesos and it's about the right price for it. The sound effects are as creepy as the first one and the movements of the possessed actress are quite good. As others have mentioned, there's a little twist at the end and for some reason it didn't seem as creepy as the rest of the film.
Unlike the other films, there's no real explanation as to why the entity chooses this pair of siblings to play with.
Another aspect that must be mentioned is that it's pretty true to the formula, so if you liked the other two you'll probably dig this one too.
