Romeo and Juliet was a very well-known story that written by Shakespeare. It shows a beautiful love in a complexity. For years, people had been played it in so many different variation and people still enjoy watching it. Why? Because it's great.

Kelly Asbury (Director) brought another animation story early in 2011. A story adapted from Romeo and Juliet. This story has great analogies with the original story. For instance, feud between neighbors compare with feud between two big family. Instead of making fully fiction story, this movie offers a great deal of semi-fiction. I mean, it combined a real neighborhood and 'gnomehood'. :D I like the scene when the human meet the gnomes. It's funny. ^_^

The romance nearly isn't different at all. Love at first sight, love will find the way and love until death do us apart. Fully adapted but for younger consumption. :)

This story basically tells adventure but i think it's more like a comedy movie. Therefore, kids enjoy this movie a lot. At first, i didn't know that they are in the middle of garden. I thought they were somewhere else. Sorry, but i'm not familiar with gnome in my country. :p Another funny thing is the race. A lawn mower?? Seriously?! Hahaha.. They race as if they are human. Then, a TERAFIRMINATOR??!! hahahaha.. I laughed a lot when i see that scene. haha.. So, i think this movie deserves 9/10 for its comedy.

I didn't really see any twist in the ending. Yeah, maybe because it's an adapted story. In the beginning, they've already said that this movie presented in a slightly different version. There, i know that the ending will not be a tragic ending like the original. But, still this movie gives a good point being in peace. :)If we talk about the animation, we'll be wasting our time because it's great anyway. :D

Overall, i like this movie.
