Don't get me wrong - I have nothing a against a movie telling the story of a woman with multiple clitorises which cause her to murder her sexual partners and then give birth to mutant babies two hours later, who gets together with a fellow who has a mutant penis. Really I don't. I'm under no illusions that it's great art (and this movie does make it clear that you're not expected to take it on board as great art, so thank you for that, at least), but I'm quite open to such a movie.
However, I would ask that it be interesting or amusing, and well written and well acted, and it is not any of those things. Despite the enticing storyline (I am not being totally serious), this is not a rewarding viewing experience - it is trashy, it is intended to be trashy, but it is also complete rubbish.
And unlike most of the posters here, I couldn't give a stuff about what the director might or might not have done in the past, I'm solely concerned with this movie. And it's rubbish.
