Well, first of all, I just loved how Seth MacFarlane sang "As Time Goes By". His voice is just remarkable on this track. Truly, a very talented man.
Secondly, I liked the references to Woody Allen's "Play It Again, Sam", like the song "As Time Goes By" and the title's name itself. Can't say anymore without giving away spoilers of the episode and the movie. I laughed my head off at the Three's Company reference, you can really see Seth's love for 70's TV shows.
You can see many of the characteristics from Seth and Brian, like how they are both Scotch Whiskey aficionados. Overall, this was a great Family Guy episode, one that lives up to the standards of Season 4 (my personal favorite season).
