This is a rare example of a film that to my eyes has no redeeming qualities at all.
The premise is good but that's about all I can say that is in anyway positive. The characters are awful caricatures, the casting is appalling with characters that in no way ring true, the acting is unbelievably bland and uninspiring, the script is witless, and the music is terrible.
I don't mind slow moving films but this moved slower than a snail with a bad hangover. I stuck with it in case it improved but sadly it just meandered painfully on and on and on.
This is one of the most boring and dismally acted films I have ever had the misfortune to sit through. It's touted as a comedy drama but has neither of these things. Avoid unless you have trouble sleeping, in which case this will be the perfect remedy.
