Review of Fluoride

Parks and Recreation: Fluoride (2013)
Season 6, Episode 8
Fluoride episode might be anti-fluoride...?
12 January 2014
At first, I was floored to see a "pro" fluoride message... but then I remembered this show has never had any real moral, political or intelligent depth or message. It is about a cast of nonsensical, truly goofy government employees and the like bureaucrats they "work" for.

I realized the producers are more likely telling us the view from the silly perspective of already dumbed down people living under the civil servant bubble. I noticed "Ron" or any of the most rational actors had no comment on fluoridation of the water. It seemed clear they were saying... "you would have to be an idiot to believe this show and that being forced to drink a toxin that is unproven to do what they say it does... is preferred by intelligent Americans... to having the right to decide for ourselves and our children, if we wish to ingest the toxic substance fluoride."

I believe the producers (in their immense wisdom) left it to the American people to understand... in a "free" country you should be allowed to drink as much fluoridated water, use (or even eat) fluoride toothpaste (this is clearly warned against doing on the tube) if you wish, or not.

Since it is much easier, more practical and less expensive to the taxpayers to take fluoride or add it to your own water if you so choose, than it is to remove it.

It needs to be our own decision to ingest fluoride... not the goofy bureaucrats in government.
