Blanche meets her estranged daughter Rebecca who has gained a lot of weight. She is still very upset that Blanche was telling her how to live her life. Her fiancé Jeremy comes as well and he keeps on being very abusive to Rebecca,but Blanche is scared to think anything because she doesn't want to lose their relationship. At the end though she can't hold it. Rebecca is mad and storms out but then she comes back to tell Blanche that she is right.
A beautiful episode. First I was worried there will be too many fat jokes (even though Sophia can pull it off!) but it lead to something bigger where all the girls showed to be bigger people. Great ending, and wonderful acting by Rue McClanahan. I really like this character in more serious situation when she is not insensitive and hypocritical
