This was one of the funniest movies I have ever seen. It was timely, interesting, informative, entertaining, and touching. Redd Foxx was over the top. Pearl Bailey played a typical Black mother (unusual for her). Waylon and Madam were hilarious. Poor Michael Warren (Norman) kind of humbly stumbles through the entire movie. Only the ending is a tiny bit disappointing, as Norman seems to wimp out. But over all, this is a marvelous movie, and should be seen by all. It is also very disappointing that it is so hard to find. Netflix, Hulu, Rabbit TV, On Demand, ARE YOU LISTENING???? I especially liked the scene with Tamara Dobson as the prostitute. Oh, and by the way....You do not have to be gay to like this movie.
