Hail to the king......

Warning: Spoilers
If you thought that Sharknado 3 ending in space was over the top, then the makers must have been worried, because they have thrown everything they have at this film, and while most of it doesn't stick, it's really one of this films that you have to see for the sheer audacity of it all.

Five years after the East Coast was ravaged, Fin and his family have been blissfully sharknado-free, but now sharks - and 'nados. - are being whipped up in places (and ways) that are completely unexpected.........And Fin has a son called Gil.

Now Asylum know that they have a winning formula on their hands with this, to want of a better word, phenomenon. Start the film off as stupid bonkers as you can (believe me, car surfing is involved) throw as many cameos as you can who have had an overwhelming amount of work done (Carrot Topp, Wayne Newton, and JedWard are looking a little fat these days), and then reference as many films as you can in the films running time.

And now, they are even opening up the asylum gates by having Lavantuala in the same universe as Sharknado, which is pretty funny, but them to throw in a random reference to John Carpenters Christine in there with it, just beggars belief.

It's not very good, but then it's not supposed to be when we have lines like 'Shark-berg, right ahead' referencing Titanic and the plethora of Wizard of Oz lines quoted toward the end.

But when you have a film that features Gary Busey as a scientist and Tara Reid as a bionic woman, you cannot help but be more than curious.

And it ends with the promise of a fifth movie..

See you next year.
