5/10
After five years, multiple sharknados.

Warning: Spoilers
Arguably the best shark franchise continues. Anthony C. Ferrante directs and Thunder Levin takes writing credit for this episode four. The world has been safeguarded for about five years by a multinational corporation; Astro-X has created weather detection technology that has kept sharknados in check. For reasons unknown the sharknados return and are fueled by a myriad of materials; now there are sand 'nados, fire 'nados, lightning 'nados and fearsome atom 'nados.

Sharknado hero, Fin Shepard (Ian Ziering) , has been trying to live a life with some kind of normalcy; still saddened by the death of his wife April (Tara Reid), thought to be crushed to death by a shark. By guilt or false obligation, Fin must gather more creative ways to fight off the nose-diving sharks. What he doesn't realize is that his wife isn't actually dead. April has been rebuilt as an invincible cyborg with special robotic abilities. She has been programmed by her mad scientist father (Gary Busey) to take part in defense against any future sharknados. B-movie absurdity keeps on entertaining. CGI runs the gamut from sublime to effective.

A soundtrack features the likes of: Quint, Chet Orr, The Offspring and Paul Shaffer. A crowded cast also includes: Ryan Newman, Alexandra Paul, David Hasselhoff, Masiela Lusha, Gilbert Gottfried, Seth Rollins, Carrie Keagan and Cody Linley.
