This movie is really strange. It's this weird short that (I'm guessing) is supposed to be sending you a message about life. When I first seen the weird, deformed looking rabbit thing, all I could do is say to myself, "what the hell is that thing?"
The "rabbit thing" builds itself a girlfriend out of spare parts, sews it up, and makes it look like a girly-ish version of itself. It looked as if he was trying to beat the hour glass timer that all of a sudden just tipped upside down in the start of the film. It seemed when he was done with her, he only had a very little time to spend with "her." So, it gave the plans to her, so she could create her own before all the sand drained from the hour glass. When the hour glass ran out, the weird thing went "poof" in the air.
I think this short is trying to tell you that life is short, and to cherish the ones you love.
