Warning: Spoilers
An ex-special forces man down on his luck is programmed by a sinister medical group to assassinate a US senator. He starts to have nightmares before the event and begins to wonder what is wrong with him. It is a mix of 'The Manchurian Candidate' and 'Total Recall' but it is not bad at all. The plot is clear and apart from the rather weak ending it keeps one interested.

This partly due to the acting. Michael Dudikoff is quite believable as the distressed hero. He is supported by a surprisingly good cast;Barry Newman, David Hedison ,Ian Ogilvy, Gil Gerard and Heather Langenkamp who are all effective in their roles. The low budget shows but the actors give a good account of themselves. The director Fred Olen Ray is no Orson Welles but this film is entertaining enough and certainly not a waste of time.
