A couple flees France after a crime and hides in Canada where Michèle Morgan meets two men falling in love with her. Completely confused love story rather boring with no great surprises, if you except scenes in which Michèle Morgan shoots with a rifle at dogs. Not to remember in Jacques Feyder's filmography.
