Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009 Video Game)

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - Game Review
8 June 2018
Even though it wasn't as grounded and well crafted as the previous game, MW2 was definitely a solid sequel to the first Modern Warfare game. While the first game in the trilogy was more grounded and required you to play smart in order to overcome certain challenges, MW2 is a more linear and simplistic, but still very entertaining game, just like almost every CoD game the production value is very high and the game looks great, gameplay doesn't feel as satisfying as the first game but is still a lot of fun, the score by Hans Zimmer an Lorne Balfe is fantastic, my favorite score from the MW trilogy, the story is once again pretty simple but works well for this game, is also a more fast paced game, with action scenes happening almost constantly and just like the first game, there are a lot of memorable set pieces, although they are more over-the-top this time around. Overall I still think that MW2 is a more than solid FPS and a game I really recommend to fans of the genre.
