Ozzie and Pet are hoboes. They are hungry but their efforts to get food are in vain. A cop, played by a dog, gets in their way over and over. He shoots at them and hits them and it makes no difference. The key moment involves a large chicken or turkey in a window that Oswald tries to steal. There is some decent animation here and the characters are more interesting.
