CHANCE is another vehicle for long-forgotten and obscure action star Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs. This time he's a cop on the trail of various villainous gang members, aided by a typically hairy Dan Haggerty who comes along for the ride. This plays out as a cheap and cheesy buddy action comedy, but the budget is low and this the action is in short supply. It's little more than a camcorder indie at times; thankfully PM Entertainment would up the ante later in the decade and make much more entertaining movies.
