This is a cheap copy of "The Magnificent Seven" (1960) & "The Wild Bunch" (1969). The former is directed by John Sturges & the latter by Sam Peckinpah. Both are brilliant. I think "The Wild Bunch" was the last truly great Western. I do give a lot of respect to "The Outlaw Josie Wales" (1976), which is directed by (& stars) Clint Eastwood. I like it better than his film "Unforgiven" (1992), which won an Oscar for Best Picture. This film, however is poorly directed by Gene Kelly.
