In this movie our hero Superman has to answer the question why they don't end the crime once and for all when they have the chance. The question arise again when a new superhero (or supervillain?) team called The Elite emerges and start taking fan favorite measure which is killing criminal to prevent the crime (Or do they have another intention?).
