Props for the super cute elephant rescue plot, but honestly the pacing felt super weird. Within the first eight minutes of the film the main character had taken her Christmas card photo, shipped her son off to college, got told her marriage was over, packed all of her husband's things, went to lunch with friends, and went to Africa to meet the male lead. Within eight minutes.
The ending was well done, and it made me wonder why the rest of the movie wasn't like this.
