Interesting, but sad/pathetic....

Warning: Spoilers
Its a crazy look into the lives of people who are exploiting their kids in order to get some bit of fame. A great example would be after one little girl has an audition with Rob Reiner and her dad calls her to find out how she did, his first question was "are you going to make me rich soon?", then brags to her sisters about auditioning with him like a spoiled brat.

One parent joins Scientology - so I guess joining a cult that will literally separate you from your children seems like a good idea in order to become rich/famous? Shows how screwed up in the head some are.

The scene with Tami Erin is downright hilarious - as she talks herself up like shes some amazing (present day famous) actress. "I just had dinner with Cuba Gooding Jr" and bragging about being in the ONLY film SOME people may have heard of back in the 80s (Pippi Longstocking) - please, she was arrested for drunk driving and a felony hit and run. But I guess she'll do anything to get on film again (maybe that explains her sex tape??)

Some of these children and parents are a bit delusional, but thats only because their parents are feeding them "You're amazing!" non-stop. One poor little girl, decked out in a green outfit, talks about how when she shows up to an audition in that look, everyone is jealous and wont talk to her. Poor girl, they dont want to talk to her because her mother dressed her up like a Leprechaun Shirley Temple.

The documentary sucks you in but you feel so bad for them & you feel embarrassed for each kid. Theyre paying (on average) 5k a month just to pursue something that 99% of the time won't happen. Theyre away from their family and school - poor kids aren't even getting a good education - one family can't even figure out Skype, lol.

It shocking, but then again - not really. You know this stuff happens... but you never expect it to be this outrageous.
