The initial idea reminds the viewer (of course) on silence of the lambs and antibody comes not even close to the Hollywood masterpiece. Who on earth should give a better performance than Mr. Hopkins and Mrs. Foster? However if you take this bit away, Antikörper (Original title) has its own unique message which- in my opinion- goes bejond the usual serial killer flicks. It asks uncomfortable and deep questions eg. who is really innocent? When does evil starts? Does repent erase all your sins? These and similar thoughts are the base and caught my attention throughout the movie. Quite ambitious and definitely new in this genre. An admirable goal however the execution and sparkle is only partly there. Still a good 6/10.
